Our authentic Italian pizzas are made the traditional way in a wood-burning oven brought from Italy. The 3,000-pound oven, with its dancing flames, is visible from most points in the restaurant. Many guests enjoy sitting at the pizza bar, watching the pizza creation from dough tossing, to being pulled from the oven. The flavors of cherry, maple and beech wood enhance each pizza which is made to order with fresh ingredients by our pizza chef.
